In marketing, small details matter.

It's a good time for a marketing tune-up!

  • Check to make sure that your all of your platforms list your current contact information, safety policies, and up-to-date products and services. If any of these changes are significant, notify your clients and customers.
    Including:

    • Websites

    • Social media platforms

    • Printed collateral materials

  • Websites are not static, they are living tools that should evolve with your company. Now is a good time to perform a review of what works on your site and determine if there is anything that needs to be updated or changed.

    • Update your team pages on your website.

    • Inform your customers of any new or edited operations including hours, location, delivery services etc.

    • Make a small change to your homepage, a new main image or content will give your site a refreshed look and feel.

  • Update and start carrying your business cards again. Digitally or printed, keeping your contact info handy is key.

  • Take your social media presence to the next level.

    • Start or join conversations.

    • Utilize sponsored posts or paid advertisements.

    • Post more frequently.

    • Have an online contest (e.g., share for a chance to win)

    • Keep your customers in the loop with updates.

    • Promote specials or limited-time offers.

  • Get Creative.

    • Produce a new marketing piece, brochure, or product article; share on your website, email, or social media.

    • You're an expert, author a short article with images about a product or service that you represent, share on your website, social media channels, and with us!

    • Up-game your in-person (ZOOM) meetings with colleagues, customers, clients, and networking partners.

  • Are you ready for business as usual?

    • Create your "back-to-work" content plan now, don't wait until the last minute.

    • Prepare a grand re-opening campaign so that it's ready to go when you are.
